On November 26, 2002, the British Columbia Chapter of the Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA BC) hosted a breakfast seminar entitled:
GIS Applications Showcase
Date: November 26, 2002
Time: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

The purpose of the seminar was to explore how GIS applications are playing a role in both business and local government. By the resounding feedback we have received so far this event was successful in its purpose. We hope you gained some useful insight into what other users are doing with GIS and that you derived some value from attending, which you can in turn utilize in your workplace.
