Vendor Fish Bowls/Prizes:

  • All sponsors are encouraged to donate prizes that will be raffled off at the end of the conference
    • Each booth/sponsor will be given a fish bowl (or equivalent) that they can use to collect business cards.
    • Throughout the day, attendees will drop their business cards in the bowls to enter a draw for prize(s) supplied by the sponsors.
  • After the last presentation, the sponsor will be asked to come on stage and a random draw will take place.
  • The winner must be PRESENT, and if not, a new name will be drawn.

Vendor Booth Inclusions:

For booth sponsorships, the following vendor amenities are available:

  • Includes a six foot table (with table cloth)
  • Includes electricity
  • Includes two chairs
  • Internet access (available for a charge)

** There is room for a small display between the table and the wall.

SPONSOR REGISTRATION:

To register your organization as a sponsor for the next GeoConnect event, please email sponsors@geoconnect.ca for details or visit the current registration page.

Sponsorship includes one complimentary pass to the event. After you have purchased your sponsorship level, please register the complimentary attendees at the Attendee/Sponsor Registration Page. When registering, choose the Sponsorship Registration option. You can register both attendees at the same time or return at a later date to register additional complimentary attendees. Remember, only 1 complimentary attendee per sponsorship.
